Rules for using CyVekas
This page describes the basic conditions for using the service, including who may use it, how subscriptions work, and what conduct is not allowed.
Using the service
CyVekas is provided for CV review, recruiter screening, and related workflow support. Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit
- Users must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt platform operations
- Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to create fraudulent job materials, submit harmful content, scrape unauthorized data, abuse integrations, or interfere with other users or the platform.
- Do not fabricate achievements, credentials, or identity information through the platform
- Do not upload unrelated, malicious, or prohibited content
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, billing limits, or access restrictions
- Do not use the service to harm other users, employers, or candidates
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid features are controlled by plan limits and recurring subscriptions where applicable. If a paid plan is cancelled, auto-renew stops and the plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Feature access depends on the active workspace mode and plan
- Usage limits may reset on a recurring billing cycle
- Cancellation stops future renewals rather than removing access immediately
- Pricing and plan details are published on the pricing page
Service availability
CyVekas may change, improve, suspend, or remove features over time. Access can be limited temporarily for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or technical issues.
- Features may evolve as the product changes
- Availability is not guaranteed at every moment
- Temporary interruptions may happen for maintenance or third-party issues
- The operator may restrict access to protect the service or comply with legal obligations
User content and responsibility
Users keep responsibility for the content they submit and for how they use outputs generated by the service. The platform is intended to assist review and decision-making, not replace independent judgment.
- Users remain responsible for submitted CVs, job descriptions, recruiter notes, and related content
- Generated outputs should be reviewed before being used or shared
- Recruiter-side outputs should be used responsibly and in line with applicable employment practices
- The service does not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring outcomes, or job placement
