How CyVekas handles personal data

This page explains what data the service receives, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can request deletion or account closure.

What data may be collected

Depending on how the service is used, CyVekas may process account details, CV or resume uploads, pasted job descriptions, saved review results, recruiter notes, billing status, and optional profile information supplied by the user.

  • Account identity details such as name, email address, and login provider data
  • CV text, resume files, job descriptions, and saved review outputs
  • Optional profile details supplied for LinkedIn or role-targeted guidance
  • Usage and security data needed to operate the service and prevent abuse

Why the data is processed

The service uses submitted content to generate CV feedback, recruiter screening outputs, interview preparation material, and product features that depend on saved session history or billing state.

  • To run ATS review, recruiter screening, and related AI-assisted features
  • To maintain saved sessions and account-linked product history when users choose to save them
  • To support subscription billing, plan limits, and customer support
  • To monitor reliability, fraud prevention, and service abuse controls

Storage, retention, and deletion

Guest checks are temporary. Signed-in users may choose to save sessions, and saved data can be removed later by the user or by retention policy depending on the content type.

  • Guest checks do not create long-term saved history
  • Users can delete individual saved sessions
  • Users can delete their account and related saved data
  • Some saved text may be removed automatically after retention windows

Third-party services

CyVekas may rely on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI processing. Those providers only receive the data needed to perform their part of the service.

  • Hosting and application infrastructure providers
  • Payment and subscription processing providers
  • Authentication providers such as Google or LinkedIn when users choose those login methods
  • AI processing providers used to generate product outputs

User choices and requests

Users can choose whether to create an account, whether to save a session, and whether to connect optional third-party accounts. Privacy and support requests should be handled through the business contact method published by the service operator.

  • Creating an account is optional for an initial guest check
  • Saving a session is optional for signed-in users
  • Third-party account connections are optional
  • Deletion or privacy requests should be handled through the service support channel
